પદ્ધતિ:

1.        પ્રેશર કૂકરમાં તેલ ગરમ કરો, તેમાં લસણ અને વસંત ડુંગળીનો ગોળો નાખો અને ડુંગળી અર્ધપારદર્શક થાય ત્યાં સુધી મધ્યમ આંચ પર સાંતળો.
